A short walk away is Fisherman’s Park, where you can launch your kayak for a leisurely paddle down the waterfront.The home has hardwood floors, arched doorways, a screened porch, and back deck which opens into a mature, private back yard. The kitchen is bright, modern, and fully equipped, including new stainless appliances and a conveniently located washer and dryer. The screened porch is a wonderful place to start your day with a cup of coffee, watching the neighborhood come to life. The back deck is a peaceful space for watching the birds or grilling out with family and friends.The primary suite is spacious and includes a half bath, while the rest of the home has access to a new full bath.The home is equipped with high speed Wi-fi, GoogleTV, and can meet all your needs, from working remotely to turning it off and experiencing the relaxing small-town coastal life.WHAT IS PROVIDED:Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bagEach bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags.
