It's easy to see why this beach house is one of Dauphin Island's most popular vacation rentals.This elevated, two-story home has a Master Suite on the first level with a private full bath. There is also a half-bath off the kitchen. The Great Room is large, open, and has a flat-screen TV over the fireplace. The Second Level has three bedrooms, two of which share a Jack and Jil half bathroom with a shower. There is a third full bathroom on this level and a Game Room (great for night time or rainy days). The game room is also the 4th bedroom and has a bunk bed and sleeper sofa. The rooftop has a Crow's Nest, which provides panoramic views of the Island.The home has a new owner and was completely updated in Winter 20/21. New flooring, fixtures, furniture, and paint throughout. It is a stunning makeover!As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25 and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.6. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am.7. Start dishes and linens before departure.8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
