The extra-long breakfast bar provides 5 bar stools next to the beautiful dining room offering an additional seating for 8 at the table. A powder room and laundry facilities are also on the main level for your added convenience. The spacious garden level living space features an extra-large sectional in front of a large tv entertainment center. Or, if you must bring work with you, there is a workspace available just behind the couch. The Guest House is beautifully decorated to match the main house. This all-American nautical guest house is perfectly cozy. The fully stocked kitchen is just the right size with dining room seating for 4. The living room offers plush seating in front of the tv for movie night or your favorite tv series.
