PARKING Parking for 3 cars at the property along the street and alongside of the home. Nearby overflow parking is also available. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No PARTIES -No Prom Parties -No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. Sand Trap rents with a 3-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Wednesday or Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS A cancellation made within 24 hours of booking the reservation is subject to a total refund. A cancellation made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to the non-refundable booking fee plus 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations made 0 to 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A transfer to another home is considered a cancellation. All cancellations must be made via phone with a live reservationist by callingor via email at . A cancellation via voicemail is not valid.
