However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies and other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments as needed. Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking. We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any animals or pets on our property.
