About The Property

The Space:  With a charming colonial-inspired exterior, you’ll find this bright and spacious townhome is an ideal choice for your next family trip to Sterling, VA.  As you enter the front door of the townhome, you’ll find yourself in the well-appointed living room. The plush and comfortable seating group is accented by perfectly coordinating decor from the warm wood floors to the tasteful wall hangings.  A corner chair and ottoman affords the opportunity to read a few pages of your book or check out the latest social media posts, while still remaining with the group.  A large screen TV offers the opportunity to stream your favorite shows and movies in grand style, perhaps even with a festive bowl of popcorn! The spacious kitchen will be the resident chef’s joy, with its stainless steel appliances, solid-surface counters, clean white shaker cabinets, and stylish white subway tile backsplash. There’s plenty of space to both prep your delicious culinary creations and store all the family’s goodies.  A dining table for four sets off the rest of this generous space.  The convenient half-bath is also located on this level.  Through the back door, you’ll find yourself in the completely privacy-fenced and smartly furnished back deck. Two cozy outdoor sofas offer plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air and a gas grill challenges the family grillmaster to serve up a barbecue! This is also a lovely space for your furry family member to hang out with you. We love to welcome pets, but ask that you let us know if you’ll be bringing yours.  One of the unique and noteworthy features of this townhome is the privacy and flexibility it affords in its bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. One level up from the living room are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. These two bedrooms also share a full bath, this one with a tub/shower.  The Neighborhood:  We look forward to welcoming you to the CountrySide community and this beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated townhome. It’s truly the perfect vantage point from which to explore Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.  Enjoy the best of both worlds in the CountrySide family community. Less than 45 minutes from our nation's capital, you’ll have easy access to all the rich history of Washington, DC with its museums, monuments, and the walking mall.  The community offers a myriad of popular amenities to keep you busy and active. Let the little ones get their exercise at one of 10 tot lots. With ten miles of hiking and jogging trails, you can enjoy the calm serenity of the outdoors. For the fisherpeople, there’s even a catch and release pond. Everyone can find their zen spot! Just outside the community, you’ll find all the conveniences to make your stay easy and carefree, such as restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters.  Important Things to Note Regarding Pets: Pet fee for stays between 7-30 nights: $350 Pet fee for stays 30+ nights: $350 per month House Rules:  Check-in time: 4:00 PM  Check-out time: 10:00 AM   If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.  An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.  The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.  Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.  Cleanliness: This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.  We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.  If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to  $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.  If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.  Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.  If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.  Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm.  All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in.  We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.    Internet/Cable: The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.  The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.  Copyright Infringement: Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered. Pool: If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.  Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests’ convenience.  If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.  If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.  Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.  Starter Supplies: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items -Check-in details, including property information, local recommendations and more to be accessed via our Guest Experience app. This can be accessed via the app store download, or web link.
