About The Property

~ Fit for Royalty ~ Queen of Clubs, our 3 BR, 2 BA home in exceptional neighborhood, is your dream come true escape near the family friendly and centrally located town of Queen Creek. Modern home is well appointed both inside and out and exudes southwestern charm and ambiance. Open floor plan is spacious and designed to provide comfortable living areas for a family or couples. Floors are tile; windows are large and bathe home in natural light. Located on the Las Colinas Golf Course, the home is nestled on a quiet cul de sac within the Villages at Queen Creek. There is a formal living room, formal dining room and large great room that flows into the spacious and well stocked kitchen with brand new shiny appliances and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The living room and family room both have TVs. The great room has lovely views of and access to the backyard oasis. Wifi and cable are complimentary. The dedicated laundry room with family size appliances helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next exciting adventure. There are 2 garage spaces plus additional parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. ~ Sleeping Quarters ~ -Split bedroom floor plan enhances privacy. -Primary suite has a deluxe king bed, walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath. The bath features a luxurious garden tub, separate shower and dual vanity sinks. A door in the primary suite opens to the backyard oasis for a romantic interlude at any time. -Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. -Third bedroom also has a queen bed and ceiling fan. -The second bath is shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a tub-shower combination. ~ Backyard Splendor ~ The backyard is a dream come true oasis that includes a pool with optional heating, soothing waterfall and slide plus a private spa. Enjoy brilliant sunsets as you relax on the comfy chaises poolside or wine and dine at built-in bar with grill and fridge. A gas fire pit has been added to warm your toes when the air is cool. Patio is covered and seating choices include shady and sunny spots. A private putting green invites you to warm up your shots before heading to one of the many local golf courses. All of this plus a stellar view of the Las Colinas golf course with the San Tan Mountains looming in the distance are waiting for YOU to arrive and enjoy! Two bikes are at home for guests who long to view the neighborhood and beyond on 2 wheels. Passes are available for using the community rec center which includes a pool and work-out room. ~ Regal Location ~ All of this can be hard to leave but there's plenty to do in and around Queen Creek. There are a few eateries and bars you can walk to from our home plus nearby Queen Creek Marketplace and San Tan Village offer unique dining and retail experiences. Bring your spirit of adventure! The community is close to Queen Creek Olive Mill and San Tan Flats, both well known for their award winning food and more. Mansel Carter Oasis Park is a family friendly park with a fishing lake, trail access, picnic areas and more. Queen Creek Performing Arts hosts creative performances in a small intimate setting and the Milan Art Institute will appeal to those who enjoy the visual arts. There is a splash pad at Founders Park and Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Center features events, concerts, car shows and riding lessons. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking the trails that wind through the 10,000 plus acres at San Tan Mountain Regional Park to spot the mammals, reptiles and birds that are common to the Sonoran Desert. Cameras, binoculars and a field guide are essential! The modern highway system makes it easy to visit Old Town Scottsdale, the Heard Museum in Phoenix, the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert, baseball spring training sites, Tonto National Forest, Salt River, Tempe Town Lake and more. Ask about early check-in and late check-out which may be options. IMPORTANT NOTE: All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo. TPT Tax License 202409060642 ~ Reservation Notes ~The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.   The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.      The pool heating fee is $55.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September. This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
