Next, the brand new fully equipped kitchen will dazzle you with its custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, a Bertazzoni range with custom hood and built in refrigerator. In the main living area, you'll find a 65 inch smart tv, fireplace, colorful art and a fun custom-designed ping pong table for Saturday afternoon tournaments. The dining table features original Bruno Rey dining chairs and a Poulsen PH5 pendant lamp. The main bedroom has its own walk in closet, en suite bath with dual vanity, freestanding shower and soaking tub. It also has an orange Smeg mini fridge to keep snacks and drinks handy. And glass doors lead from this bedroom to an outdoor shower. All three bathrooms, including a hall bathroom, the entry bathroom, and the main bedroom's bathroom, feature gorgeous handmade small batch tile. And custom colorful wall coverings and art make this home truly special. If you were born to relax but forced to work, there are three desks as well as two monitors for your use. For any stays of 28 nights or more, a Utility Deposit will be collected from the guest prior to check in to cover gas and electric usage over $200 per month. Any unused portion of the Utility Deposit will be refunded after check out. Utility deposit must be paid by check (US dollar account) or bank draft. No garage parking but there is room for two cars on the driveway and ample street parking.
