The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. **Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
