While we love to welcome last-minute bookings, please be aware that check-in may be delayed (as late as 7 pm) as we prepare the unit. Guests booking more than 24 hours in advance can check-in by 4 pm. We provide a starter kit of consumables, and additional items can be purchased from nearby stores. The apartment complex may conduct maintenance or clean shared amenities at any time, so please be aware of potential disruptions. Apartment building: Please note that since the apartment was built in the 1990's, the exterior of the apartment building itself is certainly older and imperfections for things such as exterior paint and finishing are to be expected for a building of this age. Given the building's age, some interior styles might also be considered "outdated", such as color scheme and minor imperfections with walls, floors and other interior trims. The inside of the apartment unit itself is certainly very functional with modern furniture and all of the listed amenities, and is also very budget-friendly for such a great location.
