One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the other has a king bed and direct access to the back patio and swimming pool. On the east side of the house, you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with its king bed, writing desk and en suite bathroom, and access to the pool patio. Also at this end of the house is a small private gym with a Peloton Tread and other professional equipment to help work off last night’s martinis. Outside you’ll really enjoy the covered patio and sparkling blue swimming pool, surrounded by privacy hedges and lush landscaping, providing an almost tropical feeling. The entire pool area is furnished with plenty of stylish lounge and dining seating. For your convenience, a third bathroom with sink and toilet, and an outdoor shower are also on the pool deck.
