Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law.Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.  River access across from the home may be difficult as hay is grown along the river edge.  Todd Island Park is a very short walk down the road and provides easy access to the water
