However, please keep in mind that the home has one bathroom, and it's only about 1179 square feet total. This home is a "cottage," and if 8 fully grown adults showed up for a week with 8 fully grown suitcases, then it will absolutely be a little cramped. The ideal amount of humans for this size space is probably 6, but it will fit 8, especially if some of those people are not fully grown adults. Pet fees are $50 per dog, and if your OTA does not support multiple pet fees, we will collect it separately before check-in. NO PUPPIES, Pit bulls, or Rottweilers. Red Carpet Rental Agreement: After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. It's a no-nonsense Agreement that protects the guest, host, and the property, and is allowed within the policies and guidelines of all travel booking platforms.
