The open, full kitchen is adjacent to the living room. From the living step out and relax on the cozy patio with a view toward the East Branch of the river. The bedroom holds a queen bed, a twin bed and has a full connecting bath. The second full bath is close to the entrance. Coin operated laundry facilities are available in the lower level of the condominium building. The unit is very close to the Deer Park Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness club, racquetball courts, Ping-Pong table, a lovely fireplace lounge with various games, and a private man-made lake with a sandy beach.
