Connected by a convenient gate in the backyard of the homes, you’ll experience tons of easy privacy and personal space, while still staying close together, too. The first home, Cottonwood Heights 3588, is a three-bedroom ranch-style oasis with two levels. On the main floor, there’s a comfy LIVING AREA, an open KITCHEN, and plenty of DINING SPACE. Down the hallway, there is a BEDROOM with a king-size bed, a BEDROOM with a queen-size bed, and a FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway. Downstairs, there is a cozy SECONDARY LIVING AREA with a large sofa and HDTV, as well as a LAUNDRY ROOM, a FULL BATHROOM, and a third BEDROOM with 2 twin-size beds. The second home, Cottonwood Heights 3592, is nearly identical in layout to the first home and also features three bedrooms. The main level of this home includes a LIVING AREA with a fireplace, an updated KITCHEN, and a formal DINING SPACE. The two bedrooms on this level feature a king-size bed and a queen-sized bed, while there is a FULL BATHROOM for each to share. Downstairs, the DEN has a spacious sectional sofa and a wet bar, while the final BEDROOM houses two twin-size beds. This lower level also has a LAUNDRY ROOM and a FULL BATHROOM. Outside, each of these spacious homes has a private BACKYARD that includes a gas grill, an ultra-relaxing hot tub, and an alfresco dining space. In between each space is a privacy fence with a GATE that can easily be opened so that guests can effortlessly walk back and forth between the homes. This particular arrangement is incredibly convenient for larger groups that want to maintain space and comfort while still being able to socialize and stay connected. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home.
