Downstairs is a second living area with TV and gas fireplace. Down a hallway is the expansive game room with darts, and checkers table. Also off the den is a full bathroom with tub/shower and a Queen bedroom. The outdoor living offered at this home is as impressive as the inside, with decks on both the front and back sides. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law.Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days. Stays of 2+ weeks at Chipmunk View Lodge are welcome, with an additional $125 cleaning fee added to the existing cleaning fee.  AWD or 4WD vehicles are required in the winter months. All roads leading to this home are paved however, the roads on App Ski Mountain are moderately steep. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
