The Fassifern House is a three bedroom, two bath home built in the early 20th century with a large fenced in yard, making it a great space for a relaxing vacation. Whether you are looking for a couple's getaway or a family vacation, Fassifern House awaits you and your loved ones. The charming front porch with a swing bench is a great space to soak up the beautiful weather while enjoying a beverage. The enclosed porch at the front of the home is located off the second bedroom and is a great space to read a book or enjoy a beverage if the weather is not at its best. The living and dining rooms are open to one another and are a great space to hang out with loved ones. The cozy kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to prepare meals at the home. The primary en-suite offers a King size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two more bedrooms are located near the living room at the front of the home - one with a queen bed and another with two twin size beds. A hall bath with a shower/tub combo is easily accessible from both bedrooms. When you return from a busy day sightseeing and enjoying the Hendersonville area you can enjoy the large fenced in yard which is great for outdoor activities with the family! Have a picnic at the picnic table and enjoy making s'mores and sharing stories around the fire pit. On street parking is available. The pet fee is $100 plus tax.In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:$59 Accidental Damage Waiver which covers up to $1500 in accidental damage during a guest stay. Any damage in excess of $1500 will be the guest's responsibility. Negligent or purposeful damage will be the responsibility of the guests and is not covered by accidental damage Insurance.
