Unit 301 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please. The condo has recently been renovated with all new furniture and freshly painted throughout. The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers a set of twin bunk beds (sleeping 4). This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. All of the bedrooms have a tv. The living room has a pull out sofa. This unit gives you the best of both worlds! The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment! When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun!
