This well-kept 12 story building offers 2-bedroom Gulf-front condominiums with an open floor plan and the master bedroom and living room have access to your own private balcony and amazing views. BeachCrest features many amenities including natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool. BeachCrest 206 has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer is included inside the unit for added convenience. You have a private balcony off the living room and the master bedroom. Make BeachCrest your "home away from home" and experience our snow white beaches and emerald green waters. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if CSA Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify Benchmark immediately of any cancellation,
