A 5-minute walk from world-famous Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square. You'll also be located in a central part of town to be able to hop in the car and take a quick drive to the lakes and parks around town.  Prescott offers activities year-round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The Summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott. Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon, which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes, and Flagstaff is 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals, our own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15-minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure, and to name a few others, we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many beautiful places to experience and enjoy! INSIDE THE HOME Living room: Here, you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart tv or set up your computer at the desk to get a little work done. For additional sleeping, there is a twin-sized daybed and trundle. Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster, blender. You will also find an Alexa to ask to play your favorite songs while cooking your favorite meals! Bathroom: The bedroom includes a full-size shower and tub combo with single sink vanity. Bedroom: A queen-sized bed, bedside shelves, dresser, and a wardrobe hanger, and black-out blinds for sleeping in. Laundry room: Off the kitchen, you will find the stacked washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. *Other Things to note*: This home is equipped with portable AC units only Please Note: This property has an ring camera on the front door only.  TBT #21139594 OUTSIDE The back yard is fully fenced with a flagstone patio with an outdoor dining table and umbrella for shade. It is a perfect spot to visit with your group and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. There is also a propane BBQ grill—a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. The morning shade is the perfect place to sit back and watch the people and cars pass by. BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters. PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed. Pets or No Pets; It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
