The kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking needs and island for that extra counter space.Also included on the first floor is a full bathroom with a stall shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience that can be found in the living room closet. There is a window A/C that keeps the entire main level nice and cool. A center staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and a jack and jill half bathroom.  Bedroom one has a King bed and bedroom two has a twin trundle. Both rooms have amazing views and window A/C’s to keep you cool. The spacious deck overlooks the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean so you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. On the deck you will find a gas grill facing the marsh and an enclosed outdoor shower below the deck to wash off your sandy toes.  This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
