The main living area includes an all new fresh tropical decor, leather reclining loveseat, and flat screened TV with stereo CD, and DVR. A comfortable king sized bed, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are nicely situated making this room feel larger than it is. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Free Wifi Please note this unit does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a nonsmoking unit. Ideally located near all amenities, including large heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, one of a kind Florida beaches, you can find everything you need right here. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
