Beach Place #200 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental property near everything, including popular John's Pass Village, white sandy beaches and heated, refreshing swimming pool! Although this unit has no balcony and and only partial gulf view from bedroom, you are still at Beach Place, directly on the beach! Perfect for couples, guests can enjoy a kitchen, fully stocked with utensils, including coffeemaker and microwave. The large living area, bathed in soft neutral colors, provides plenty of room and offers a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Madeira Beach. Free WiFi and long distance telephone to US and Canada is also included. Free Wifi This unit has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. The master bedroom offers ample space, comfortable king sized bed, television, providing every comfort from home. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This is a non smoking property. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit. But did we mention location? Across is the street is John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
