It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the Newly opened Margaritaville, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs with a privacy fence surrounding it. Its proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. You can't help but notice the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters, and the sugar-white sand beach just a stone's throw in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet and quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, the open concept includes a commode and attractively tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat, handrails, and sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
