Sedona is an international dark sky community, which means by law all exterior lighting must be turned off between 10 pm-7 am to ensure that all can enjoy a spectacular display of stars and planets dancing in the night sky. If utilizing the parking in the alcove next to the rock staircase, please be advised that this is a shared driveway with the neighbors behind The Outlook and the driveway should always be clear so that everyone has road access. How The Home Is Stocked: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay. House Rules & Notes: • No parties or events of any kind allowed on property • No more than 4 cars at the house at any time • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
