For every traveler-initiated cancellation regardless of timing, $100,00 fee will be withheld by the property manager, after that, the following refunds apply: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid, if they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check in they will get back 50% otherwise they will not get a refund.
