Important Notes: - This home is a well appointed new home with custom finishes, high-end linens and furnishings, large covered deck, oversized driveway for 8+ cars, and a well-stocked kitchen - This home is permitted to be listed as a 6 bedroom. The loft with a pullout queen sofa bed is considered a bedroom. - Rather than collecting a security deposit, we will ask for card details after booking similar to a hotel stay. We are partnered with a secure third-party platform to ensure the utmost privacy and protection of your information and will only charge up to $500 if we discover renter caused damage or incur fines from your stay. - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11PM. - Parties that go into the night are not well received in this community and fines are regularly issued for noise complaints. Guest is responsible for any fines incurred during their stay. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
