Washer and dryer are on site so you can pack light. There is also a community grill if you plan a cookout. The beach access is just across the street. There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. This property is protected by video surveillance. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
