When you're not out immersing yourself in nature,  6.  Explore Sedona with RAD or Lectric E-Bikes and Mountain Bikes at an Additional Fee   ****WE OFFER TO OUR GUESTS TO RENT OUR PERSONAL E-BIKES, E-TRIKES, AND MOUNTAIN BIKES****************************READ BELOW********** E-Bikes; E-Trikes  are available for our guests at an additional charge.  Electrical Bikes and Electrical Trikes (three-wheelers) are priced at $95 each per day, 2-day minimum, consecutive days.  The days must end on the last evening before checkout the following day.  The E-Bikes and E-Trikes are only available to users who are 18 years or older, have signed the use agreement, and are registered guests. You need to have prior experience with E-Bike riding. When you're not out immersing yourself in nature, enjoy all the activities at my house, Sedona Villa Vacay.    7.  Home equipped with complimentary YouTube TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi Internet. Please read the following as these terms are important to your use of this property. Entry into the home will require that you use the four-digit, which will be provided to you prior to 4 pm, the day your stay begins, and will continue to work throughout your stay until 10 am, the day of your check-out. If you seek an early check-in or late check-out, you can obtain these extra services for a charge of $100.  The digital access locks are programmed to be inoperable until the date and time of your check-in.   Whether early check-in or late check-out may be provided will depend on our cleaning crew's availability or other maintenance crews' schedules to accommodate you and whether we have back-to-back guests coming the same day or the following day.  There are a lot of advanced arrangements that will need to be made to accommodate these extras.   Due to Sedona's regulations, there will be additional security checks and information we will need to gather after the booking is made.  An ID and photograph will be required as an additional follow-up. The property does not provide a hair dryer.  Please feel free to bring your own. If you desire to use the hot tub, you are required to shower before use to remove bodily bacteria.  The hot tub may only be used for 2 1/2 hours per day and shall not be used in the evening after 10 pm.  Please make sure you keep the noise down to not disturb the neighbors.   Unbelievably, Sedona is also very protective of its nighttime use of lighting.  To make this clear, Sedona will not tolerate the use of bright lights that will interfere with the visual experience of seeing the stars.  If you think this is strange, so did I when I first heard this.  However, it is true.   The Property Owner, nor management is responsible for any conditions (foreseeable or unforeseeable) that affect the use of the property's internet, YouTube TV, Netflix, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, household appliances, hot tub/jacuzzi, or any other feature the house, would normally have without issue, but are not useable at the time of the renters use.  Property owner, management, and advertising platform are not responsible, nor liable for the above-listed issues.  Please notify management immediately should there be an issue with the above, as we will try to have the situation addressed as soon as possible.  The renter understands and agrees that in the event there is any temporary or complete failure of that which is listed above, the renter will not receive any monetary compensation, refund, or anything of value.  Please understand the property owner spends a great deal of money and time to keep the property in pristine condition, but unfortunately, there are circumstances that are out of the property owner's control.   Within the first 60 minutes of your first entering the property, you need to inspect the property for any deficiencies and notify management immediately if any are found.  In the event management does not receive any notifications from the renter within the first hour of first entering the property, it will be assumed that the property was inspected by the renter and all conditions, including cleanliness and sanitary conditions, are satisfied.   We strongly recommend that the guest/renter read and fully understand the property cancellation policies as these policies are a firm condition of renting this property.  We strongly advise the renter to obtain travel insurance to cover your losses in the event of inclement weather, illness, or other conditions preventing the stay you have paid for.  The property owner, nor management does not offer any form of compensation or offset for any failure that makes the property fully or partially unusable for any reason.   **Only registered guests may enter this property and no others.  There can be no parties at this property due to the strong regulations of Sedona Arizona, Airbnb, or other rental platforms that you rented this property through.  This is a no-animal property, meaning, you agree not to bring any domesticated or undomesticated animal upon this property.  Violations of these rules will result in your vacation being canceled without a refund.   In the event of any litigation, the parties, renter, or guest of the renter and property owner agree to mandatory arbitration to settle all legal disputes.  Each party shall pay one-half of the arbitration costs.  Parties agree that AAA "American Arbitration Association" shall be the designated provider of arbitration.  The venue shall be in Arizona, under the laws of Arizona.   If you disagree with any of the above, we strongly advise you not to rent this property.   Thank you.
