The completely outfitted kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the dining and living room - perfect for family gatherings.  The dining area has plenty of room to enjoy your meals after a long day of play at the beach.  When you are ready for a break, grab your favorite book and relax in the window seat in the dining area.  The living area opens up to a balcony for you to enjoy gulf breezes while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage.  The sleeper sofa has a queen bed for additional guests. Traveling upstairs you will find a spacious master suite with a nice, comfortable king bed with its own full bathroom and balcony.  After a long day at the beach, escape to the private balcony and wind down while taking in the sensational views.  The second bedroom features its own full bathroom and has two double and two single bunk beds.  All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.  Bonus Captain's Quarters bunk beds are located in the hallway upstairs. Other great features include a washer/dryer, covered parking, outdoor shower, gas grill, and beach toys, chairs, and gear.  (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.) Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.  A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.   Monthly rental rates available for the winter season. CANCELLATION POLICY:  We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.  All reservations include an administrative fee of  $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees.  Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
