This private townhome has balconies front and back. New furnishings, painting and flooring, (NO CARPETING!) Sandcastle #7 is decorated in a beachy theme. The living area has a sleeper sofa, there is dining for 4 in the great room and another 6 in the well equipped kitchen. There is also a full bath with tub/.shower combo on this main floor. Up one flight is the king-sized primary with a private balcony. Down the hall is a queen-sized bedroom, a full washer/dryer and the second full bath with tiled walk in shower. There is a charcoal grill on the ground floor, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and carport parking for 2 cars. Your small pup is welcome to join you with $200 per pet fee and with owner's permission! Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Walk to the private sound side beach and gazebo which belongs to the complex or across the street to restaurants, bars and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico.
