No refund if cancelled 60 days or fewer prior to arrival. Guests can opt at any time before 60 days to reschedule (subject to new rates, fees, and availability) in lieu of partial refund and cancellation fees. VRH may allow rescheduling 60 days or less before arrival on a case by case
