The main floor offers 3 bedrooms and an open concept with ample seating for the entire family. The large balcony overlooks a canal where pelicans are usually seen diving into the water looking for their next meal.  The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-through window to the balcony and a breakfast bar for casual dining. For more formal dining there is a table which comfortably seats 6 people.   In the living area there is a large entertainment system with a mounted flat screen TV for your TV viewing pleasure. Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level.   The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bath.
