Located on ten acres, it will be tempting to spend all your time outdoors admiring nature. Note this property has the capacity to fit a few extra cars comfortably.   This house is located an easy drive Stagecoach Lift which historically has the shortest lines even on the weekends so ski more wailed in line for skiing, and a shuttle stops at the end of the driveway to go up to Heavenly Ski Resort. It is a short walk to a local restaurant, liquor store, and market, and a quick 14 min drive from casinos, golfing, and activities on Lake Tahoe.
