Our newly remodeled condo located at the 7th Mountain Resort is the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor! Bedding Configuration: Bedroom: King bed w/ memory foam gel Living Area: Murphy Bed Sleeper Sofa with Gel mattress The condo features one king bed, one murphy bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate separate rooms, a full kitchen, and the convenience of on-site laundry facilities. Enjoy stunning views from this 3rd floor unit, but with less than 2 flights of stairs. Central Oregon appeals to a variety of guests. Bend welcomes the families, foodies, mountain adventures, lake explorers, golfers, shoppers, music enthusiasts, beer drinkers, skiers and more! This location is ideal for a day of exploring in the Deschutes National Forest or a day floating the Deschutes River. Want to go ice skating? whitewater rafting? Skiing? Hiking? Bike riding? All these activities are available right out your door! Wintertime brings an on-site ice-skating rink, while warm weather means whitewater rafting and stables for horseback riding. Shuttle service to Mt. Bachelor is available for a fee during ski season. Shuttle service runs Saturday and Sunday only, with additional dates for special holidays and events. Schedule subject to change, inquire at check-in. Hot waxing for skis and snowboards is available for a fee. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of you
