The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queens. You can get out to the balcony by either the living room or through either bedroom. The unit sleeps 8 people very comfortable with the sleeper sofa. Long Beach has 3 pools with hot tubs with one being a large lagoon pool with Island Water Falls for the entire family to enjoy and have memories to last a life time.

2.CANCELATION: 30 days or less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental. The total rentals includes all charges on the paid in full invoice. Renter mitigate the loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any reason insurance offered by a third-party provider. Cancellation 31 days or more before check-in Renters will receive a refund of the amounts paid less the reservation fee, down payment, (which is non refundable)any travel insurance fee and minus a credit card processing fee of 3.5%. NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURES!
