The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift AND boat slip at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Lakeside Story is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
