The open floor plan leads to the kitchen with granite countertops and bar top seating for 3. The dining table can seat 6, and there is additional seating on the covered porch for 4. There are a gas grill and comfy seating to look out over the mountains on the deck. There is a large flat-screen TV streaming.   In addition to the main living area, there is a king master bedroom and a shared full bath with a dual vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo on the main level. Upstairs, the open loft has an office area and a double futon. A king bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a shared bathroom with a tiled step in shower is also upstairs.  The lower level offers a pool table game room with a tv, and a bunk room with a twin over queen bed. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
