The front, back and upper decks are furnished with lawn chairs to allow you to savor the peaceful surroundings. Or, take advantage of the community pool and hot tub located on the property. Holiday by the Bay is a townhouse condo in a community of 19 Hilltop condos. It is located in the quietest corner of the property, with only one neighboring condo. The Hilltop is located near Highway 42, on the North end of Fish Creek, across from Gibraltar School and near Top of the Hill Shops. *This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. We supply travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
