Never inside of the home.The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest's stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas.• PETSDogs can be allowed for a one time $60 per dog fee (max 2).• DIRECTIONSGPS should bring you easily to the property• ROAD TO THE HOUSEThe road to the house is all paved.• A/C & HeaterThe house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep you comfortable all year long.• FIREDue to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.• HOT TUB + POOL - legalGuest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.• GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.• DEPOSITWe do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds.
