The open-concept living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with ample natural light that invites the outdoors inside, in addition to a gas fireplace and beautiful views.The custom kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is equipped with everything necessary to create the perfect home-cooked meal. The oversized dining table comfortably seats eight. A sliding glass door leads from the dining area out to the spacious deck with a grill and comfy patio furniture.The upper floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bunk bed room also features a hidden playroom, which kids will love. Both bedrooms can take advantage of the full bath in between.Reserve Hawkeye Ridge for your next Rocky Mountain getaway!- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.-Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
