There is a bathroom off the living room with a shower. Upstairs is a loft style space with 3 queen size beds. The owners have added a stand up arcade game (asteroids/centipede) in the living room. *Both window units are brand new, November 2021.*This cottage is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This cottage can accommodate 6 guests. There are beds for 6 guests. However, you are welcome to bring an air mattress for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This cottage has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 2-3 vehicles at this property.
