The lower level of Catchin Some Rays, features a massive rec-room with a flat screen TV with gaming systems, Foosball table, a butcher-block table with seating for 4, games galore on a tall shelving unit. OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE The main house indoor space opens to a large screen porch. The main level porch has more additional seating and table to extend even your gathering space even further. Beyond the patio the owner has added outdoor space for guests to gather with party lights, a brand-new walkway, patio area with chairs and manicured lawn- even a new gas grill! This home is one of the only vacation rentals with an outdoor lighted patio gathering space to enjoy an evening outside in style. The surrounding yard is manicured with perfect placement of outdoor decor and beautiful plants.
