The Breakaway House is a newly renovated duplex home located just off the main access road in Killington. This listing is for the right unit of the home (Unit B), and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. (You may also rent the combined left and right units if you wish.) Completely gut-renovated, the house is the perfect place for your family or group to start your Killington vacation - be it winter, spring, summer or fall. You're located close to all that Killington has to offer and you'll enjoy having the living space upstairs while sleeping space is on the main floor. Smart TVs with streaming services, games and a wood burning stove will keep you occupied when you're home, while the open kitchen is the perfect setup for celebrating any occasion together. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This is outside and not in the living areas.• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
