Recently re-done, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom gulf front townhome is perfect for your group to unwind and relax. All new floors were just more carpet!!! Chill in the living area that spills out onto your gulf front balcony. Cook in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops or grill on your ground floor patio (charcoal) or even at the pool. A twin bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. The queen-sized bedroom and another full bath are just up the stairs on the second floor along with the washer/dryer. The beautiful king-sized primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Soak your cares away as you watch the dolphins play in the gulf after a long day of shelling. Sit on your private balcony and have a nightcap while toasting the fun-filled beach day you had! A double car garage is yours as is the the use of the tennis court and gorgeous pool just steps outside your door, Your small pup is welcome to join you, with owners permission. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Policy 100% refund if canceled 60 days prior to arrival, minus adminidtrative and credit card processing fees. Cancellations 30-59 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of monies paid along with administrative and credit card processing fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advanced rent.
