The main floor of this home is wide open and perfect for entertaining family and friends on vacation. The beautiful blue custom kitchen features a large island where everyone is sure to gather. Off the kitchen and overlooking the pool is a separate dining area as well. You can also grab some fresh air on the balcony at the front of the home. Or relax in front of the TV after a day of splashing around at the private saltwater pool. Head down the stairs and you'll be able to access your backyard oasis with amazing private, large deck and shaded pergola. For convenience, off the pool is a stacked washer and dryer and full bathroom. The perfect spot to wash up after a day at the pool -- or the beach! There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the neighborhood. Visit Seaside and Grayton Beach to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
