A newly designed Family Room with a large TV (streaming only) is the place to be for movie night. The Primary Bedroom with King and full Bath complete the main level, perfect for the family members who prefer some privacy. Three additional Bedrooms are in the lower level. Two twins in one room with TV and is connected by a sliding barn door where you will find the oh so fun bunk room for the kids. There are 2 bunk beds, twin over full. Also located on the lower level is a bedroom with a queen bed, cute bathroom with stall shower, and a washer/ dryer. In addition to the large deck, there is a large front yard with a firepit where you can sit around and talk about your day! Outdoor rinsing station in the back of the house to shake off the sand and salt from the beach. Walk to the beach or drive and park in the private Association lot across from the boardwalk access.To keep you cool the home has Central Air on the upper level with A/C splits cooling you on the lower.  This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
