Bonus sleeping room with two bunk beds located downstairs with access from the backyard with separate entry. Dogs are allowed, however you must agree to pet policies and there is a $200.00 additional pet rent, per pet. Maximum of two small dogs (under 30 lbs each) or one dog under 65 lbs.
