This villa is located at the Southern Dunes vacation resort. It boasts 3 spacious and very sunny bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A total of 10 guests can stay at the home at once if you also utilize the pull out sofa bed. Upon arrival guests are greeted with an exceptionally well-manicured front yard that has 4 large palm trees. Indoor plants have been strategically positioned around this villa to create a uniquely tranquil living environment.The open plan layout of this villa means that the living area, dining room and kitchen form part of the same space. This space has the perfect amount of indoor plants that give the villa its sub-tropical feel.The living room is bright and boasts comfortable sofas and a 31” flat screen TV, something which all guests will enjoy after a busy day sightseeing. The dining room has a beautiful chandelier and a wooden table that seats 6.The kitchen provides appliances that include a dishwasher fridge, oven, microwave and stove. A small breakfast nook with two stools also forms part of this kitchen.The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dresser and TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed while bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom which is conveniently located between the 2 rooms in the hall. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with all the bedding and linen you need.
