Our favorite pastime is having our coffee on the screened in front porch and watching the neighborhood come to life. Let Us Tell You About This Home: Enter through the front porch that is inviting you to sit back and relax and watch the people stroll by on their way to the beach! As you enter the through the porch door the living area is on your right with plenty of seating , Flat screen TV and WIFI. As you pass through the living room you enter the eat in dining area is large enough for family meals, enjoy new stainless appliances throughout the refreshed kitchen. There is easy access to the small patio out back, this is where you will find the gas grill and a small table and chairs.  There is Newly Refreshed full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on the first floor.  Also, a desk has been added on the lower level office for those guests that still need to remote work or learn during their Cape Cod getaway! On the second floor are three rooms, each with a double bed (2 of the bedrooms rooms have AC units) and a half bath at the top of the stairs.   This is a great home and area for families as it is located on a quiet residential street with no thru traffic.    While this home does not have a washer/dryer, there is a Laundromat nearby at Cranberry Laundry at 2 Doane Road Harwich Port (508-432-0552) that even has a wash and fold service for your convenience.  This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
